We stay in touch with our Shippers and when we estimate enough boxes to fill a shipping container, we schedule a date.

We then communicate with everyone on our mailing list and inform them of the dates and locations that we’ll be loading the container.

To join with us in the shipment you can go to our web site (ZBSShipping.com) and reserve space.

Be Prepared. You’ll need to have names and phone numbers of your recipients in Israel, as well as back-up phone numbers. If they can be contacted by email, that would be helpful too.

Not for resale. Our import permit is valid for a very narrow category; USED CLOTHING. You’ll be asked to verify that your packages are of USED CLOTHING and do not include anything for resale.

Upon receipt of your space reservation request, and everything is in order, we’ll send you an email communication that your reservation is accepted.

As the consolidation date approaches, we’ll send you another communication, confirming loading locations, time, number of boxes and cost.

This is the best way to assure that there are no miscommunications or erroneous information. If you don’t have access to email, we will fax you a space reservation form. When you return it to us, we’ll enter it into the system manually. We’ll then send you a text or call you to confirm all loading details.

When you arrive with your boxes, we’ll provide a computer monitor for you to check-in, which will also print shipping labels for you. You then pay for your shipment, and are good to go.

It takes a ship four to six weeks to travel the seas and dock at Ashdod, Israel. We’re not in a position to provide an exact arrival time, as it is totally beyond our control.

When our Israeli office is informed that the ship has docked and paperwork is cleared, they will arrange a distribution schedule. Often, this is within two or three days of its arrival. We will communicate with your recipient by your chosen method of communication and inform them of its time and place. If you so requested, we will communicate the same to you as well.

All that’s left is for them to show up and pick up their boxes!
